Are a private professional spa boutique. We are currently providing only mobile services, within a Chicago land areas.

We are an earth-animal-ocean friendly oasis. Experience paradise with us. 

**We invite you to arrive upto 30 minutes prior to your spa appointment to allow enough time to check in and optimize your experience in our relax lounge. A hot relaxing tea or delicious refreshment, a comfy robe, slippers and optional warm foot soak await you.  Please remember we are an electronics free zone, so please silence or turn your devices off-we offer a complimentary device sanitation during your session. **DOES NOT APPLY TO MOBILE SERVICES

Our staff is well trained and state licensed to assist you with selecting the optimal treatments for you, making this a personalized spa experience. Come experience paradise with us. 

WHAT PRECAUTOINS DO I NEED TO TAKE?

For your convenience we suggest you eat in moderation prior to your spa appointment.

Avoid shaving before a body scrub. 

Shave the area before an IPL hair removal treatment.

Some treatments may be discomforting if you have a sunburn, luckily for you we specialize in sun burn relief.

WHAT IF I HAVE A HEALTH PROBLEM?

It is important to notify the staff when making a reservation or in person if you have any health conditions or if you are pregnant. 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

You may wear what is most comfortable to you. For your convenience you may undress or wear your underwear. Proper draping is conducted at all times. For wraps and body scrub treatments we will provide disposable  underwear and top (if applicable).

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL, RESCHEDULE OR IM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must notify the spa at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid a penalty of $40 or 50% of the regular price of the treatment ( which ever is higher).  Penalty fees are due at time of cancelation/reschedule. Rescheduling a treatment is subject to availability and non-refundable. Being late for your appointment is understandable, there is a 15 minutes grace period set aside for tardy clients. 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SPA APPOINTMENT?

Spa treatments can be paid in person-before treatment and over the phone with a debit or credit card. Packages must be paid in advance, at time of reservation. You may pay for someone else with proper identification.. We recommend making an appointment as early as possible to ensure the availability of your treatments. 

THERE IS AN AUTOMATIC 18% GRATUITY CHARGED ON ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.
